Fire Risk
Most of the fire damage that occurs in residences and businesses is caused by electrical installations. We monitor whether electrical installations and panels are checked and maintained at certain intervals.
Machine Breakage
We monitor whether the "maintenance recommended by the manufacturer" of all machines subject to Machine Breakage Coverage has been carried out.
Electronic Device
We monitor whether the "maintenance recommended by the manufacturer" of all devices (including medical devices) subject to Electronic Device Coverage is carried out.
Traffic / Insurance
Land vehicles with a Traffic / Insurance policy must also have "maintenance recommended by the manufacturer" carried out at certain periods. If not done, damage frequency increases. As i-rmdp, we monitor whether land vehicles are maintained or not.
